Where AI earns its place
Pattern recognition across large qualitative datasets is genuinely useful. Drafting first-pass affinity groups, tagging support tickets, summarising public documentation — these tasks consume hours that skilled researchers should spend interpreting, not transcribing.
Our process benchmarks show meaningful time savings in discover and define phases when AI assists synthesis. Outcome quality improves when researchers spend saved time on deeper interpretation and stakeholder challenge, not when they skip those steps entirely.

We do not present AI-generated user quotes. We do not run simulated user research and call it research. We do not feed confidential client data into public models without explicit architecture review.
Data minimisation applies to our AI stack the same way it applies to our products. Collect what the task requires, document why, delete when purpose is served. Good design is good business when it serves real people — not when it serves model training by default.
